Junk Removal & Light Demolition Pricing
Every project is different. JC Junk Solutions prices standard junk removal according to the amount of truck space used, while cleanouts, heavy debris, special items, and demolition are quoted according to the actual work involved.
Your estimate can account for labor, loading, access, hauling, disposal, material type, and any facility fees. We explain the project scope and confirm pricing before work begins. Our Full-Load Benchmark
Our box truck holds approximately 25 cubic yards. For standard, non-heavy household junk, a full load is $819, which works out to approximately $33 per cubic yard.

How Our Full-Load Value Compares
Truck sizes are not standardized across junk-removal companies, so the advertised load price alone does not tell the whole story. Comparing the truck capacity and approximate cost per cubic yard provides a clearer picture of the available value.
| Pricing example | Truck space | Load price | Approx. per yard |
|---|---|---|---|
| JC Junk full load | 25 cubic yards | $819 | About $33 |
| Other advertised per-yard pricing | Varies | Varies | About $45-$50 |
| Other advertised smaller load | About 15-18 cubic yards | $800+ | About $44-$53+ |
Comparison examples are based on observed or advertised Seattle-area pricing and are provided for general context only. Competitor pricing, truck measurements, included labor, access charges, material restrictions, disposal fees, and promotions may change. Always compare the actual cubic-yard capacity and complete written quote.
What Your Estimate Can Include What Your Quote Can Include
Labor & Lifting
Our crew removes approved items from the property and handles the lifting and carrying.
Loading & Hauling
Items are loaded into our truck and transported to an appropriate destination.
Disposal & Facility Costs
Normal disposal is included within the confirmed scope. Special facility fees are identified separately when applicable.
Responsible Handling
We prioritize donation, reuse, and recycling when an item’s condition and local acceptance requirements allow.
Standard Item Surcharges
Certain items require separate recycling, disposal, or handling. When applicable, these standard surcharges are added to the quoted removal price and disclosed before loading.
Possible Access and Labor Fees
Additional fees may apply when elevators, unusually long carrying distances, difficult parking, stairs, tight access, or extra labor significantly increase the time required to complete the job. Any applicable fee will be included in or discussed with your quote before work begins.
Hazardous or restricted materials must be disclosed in advance and are accepted only when JC Junk Solutions can legally and safely handle the specific material. Additional facility requirements may apply.
