Junk Removal Pricing in Seattle (Volume-Based)

Slide to See Truck Space Used + Your Price

We price junk removal by how much space your items take in our 25-cubic-yard box truck. Your quote includes labor, loading, haul-away, and responsible disposal. Use the slider below to see common load sizes, example cleanouts, and pricing.

Average cost per cubic yard: JC Junk: $32/yd  vs  Other Seattle Companies: $45–$50/yd
How it works: you only pay for the space you use. Bigger cleanouts (multiple loads) often get a better per-load rate.

Heavy Debris, Construction Waste & Structure Removal Pricing

Heavy materials can hit weight limits before the truck looks full. For concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing, and some construction debris, pricing depends on weight, labor time, and dump fees. We’ll confirm before loading.

Minimum heavy pickup: $150 (for smaller, dense loads)
Light demolition / structure removal: quoted based on size + access + disposal type (sheds, decks, hot tubs, fences, cabinets).
Weight-limit rule: If the truck reaches safe weight before it looks full, we treat it as a heavy load tier and confirm pricing before we continue.

Pricing FAQ (Seattle Junk Removal)

How does volume-based junk removal pricing work?
We price by the amount of space your items take in our 25-cubic-yard truck. We confirm the load size before we start loading, so you know the tier and price.
What’s included in your junk removal price?
Your price typically includes labor, lifting, loading, haul-away, and disposal. If a special item fee or heavy material fee applies, we confirm it before loading.
Why do heavy materials cost more?
Materials like concrete, dirt, brick, tile, and roofing are dense and can reach weight limits fast. That affects disposal fees and safe hauling. We confirm heavy load pricing on-site before we continue.
Can I get an estimate without an on-site visit?
Yes. Send photos and we can usually give a fast estimate based on volume. We’ll confirm the final tier before loading.
Do you offer discounts for multiple loads or full cleanouts?
Often, yes. For larger projects like estate cleanouts, eviction cleanouts, and commercial cleanouts, we may reduce the per-load rate based on volume and efficiency.
